Our phone lines close at 18:00 every day. We are available for urgent medical matters from 18:00 – 18:30. If you have a medical emergency requiring an ambulance please hang up and dial 999.

Please note that if you are requesting an emergency call or a home visit, please contact us before 11:00 as we cannot guarantee a same day response after this time.

Out of Hours

Between the hours of 18.00 – 08.00 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays please call NHS 111.

Call 999 for an emergency. Please note that chest pain and/or shortness of breath is a medical emergency and you should dial 999 immediately.

Extended Hours

We are open 18:30 – 20:00 on Wednesdays and from 07:30 on Thursdays.

We are also open on some Saturdays for pre-booked appointments only, please call reception for details.
